Falcon Byte is a software house in Pakistan building AI-powered solutions, and we are now focused on agritech.
Who we are
Falcon Byte is a Pakistan-based software house with experience delivering web, mobile and AI-powered products. Agriculture employs a large share of Pakistan's workforce, yet most farmers still lack quick access to expert crop advice. We decided to change that.
Our first agritech product, FalconCrop AI, puts a crop doctor in every farmer's pocket. It detects diseases and pests from a photo and explains exactly how to treat them, safely and affordably.

A future where no harvest is lost to a preventable disease, and where chemicals are used precisely, protecting farmers' income and the environment.
Our technology
Advanced AI, made simple for the field
FalconCrop AI is powered by advanced AI (Claude API) for image analysis and agronomy guidance.
Image analysis
Photos are analysed by a state-of-the-art vision model that recognises visual symptoms such as spots, discoloration, lesions and insect damage.
Agronomy guidance
The AI produces clear treatment, prevention and dosage recommendations based on established agronomy practices, written in plain language.
Safe & responsible
We put safety first: dosages come with label-check reminders and protective-equipment advice, and we always encourage farmers to consult local experts.
